Tune Into Your Inner Intuition

Do you want to create a life where you feel fulfilled and become the best version of yourself? How do we create an environment that feels like a warm hug — and a home that feels safe and welcoming?

My guest this week is Sophie Harvey. She is a modern-day Snow White in the best possible way. She even had little birds singing during our recording! She turns the ordinary into something extraordinary. She’s simply incredible.

We were planning to discuss stillness — but what I really uncovered was something even more powerful: how to appreciate the little moments, even while balancing work, family, and the  chaos of everyday life.

Sophie wears many hats:  photographer, editor of Preloved Magazine, creative teacher, storyteller... Her creativity seems endless.
